Parabhakti Parva (a celebration of Guruhari Pappaji’s 95th Pragatyadin) will be held on 11th, 12th and 13th November 2011. We have one year to go before this samaiyo. In that time in order to please Param Pujya Pappaji we should do His bhakti according to our own circumstances so that throughout this Parabhakti Parva year we can live spiritually through bhajan, bhakti and with His smurti. For the Parabhakti Parva we have organised activities at the Jyot mandir, mandals and in each and every home.
As described below the Samaiyo Committee has made the following niyamas (rules for spiritual activities) to be carried outfrom 1st November 2010 to 1st November 2011. Please try to do at least one or two of these daily depending on how much time you have. If you can’t manage to do these on one day then try to make it up the following day. Some of these individual spiritual activities if conducted daily when totaled together will have the number 95 in the sum, hence giving us the smurti of Pappaji’s 95th Pragatyadin:
All of the above activities should be done with a great deal of thought and whilst immersed in the divine smruti of Guruhari Param Pujya Pappaji.
We have so many smurti of Param Pujya Pappaji that we should write down so that we can remember HIM forever. Guruhari Pappaji for 90 years lived like us so we may have thousands of smurti of Him. Within this year let us write all our smurtis of Guruhari Pappaji for Parabhakti Parva.
There may be many smurti that we have of our Guruhari. For instance, you may have had a darshan, conversations, blessings, visits to your house, something He did that made you smile, a gift that He may have given, you may have gone on a shabhir or visited places with Him, and so on and so forth. There may be many instances that you remember which made that day so special for you that you wish to share with everyone. So please write it down for us, not forgetting to include the date, time and the occasion for that smurti. Please send the smurti with your full name, town you live in and the name of your guru. Once we have your smurtis we will publish a book to commemorate the 95th birthday of Guruhari Pappaji. Writing the smurti of your personal experiences is all part of the Parabhakti Parva celebrations, so please can everyone to take part in this special occasion.
Prayers of Parabhakti Parva:
It is your wish that we make ourselves and our home a divine temple.
We feel happy to follow your wish (agna).
WE have faith that you will give us strength.
O Pappaji ! Please stay in our hearts forever and make it a temple.
